Registration
To take part at LADR 2025, you must ↓ register and pay the registration fee of 150 EURO (or 250 EURO if you have submitted three papers).
The registration fee includes
- Participation at the International LADR Leipzig Workshop
- Coffee Breaks and Lunch during the workshop, Welcome Reception and Dinner, arranged by the host
What fee do you have to pay?
- 150 Euro for participants with 0, 1 or 2 papers, that means: the fee includes the presentation and publication of two papers in maximum
- 250 Euro for paritipants with 3 papers, that means: the fee includes the presentation and publication of three papers in maximum.
- If you are submitting more than three papers, please contact us.
Payment instructions
You can pay via PayPal or by credit card using the Registration Option below, which will take you to the PayPal site or the other payment site. PayPal is operational in most, but not all, countries of the world. Should you be unable to find PayPal option in your country or you can not pay by credit card, please contact us via ladr (at) htwk-leipzig.de.
Payment Receipts
Print your receipt through PayPal after you have made payment and receive a confirmation message on your screen.
You will also receive a receipt to your email.
Please keep the above two documents as proof of payment.
Please take this page in lieu of a pro-forma invoice to submit to your accounting office or organization.
► Once you have a) completed the registration and b) paid the registration fee, you will receive an invoice from FTZ Leipzig e.V., the Research and Transfer Center of the HTWK Leipzig, a few days later.
Return/Refund Policy and Schedule*
Return/refund request received by February 15, 2025: 75% less PayPal/bank fees and 25 EUR admin and processing charges
Return/refund request received by March 15, 2025: 50% less PayPal/bank fees and 25 EUR admin and processing charges
No returns/refunds after March 15, 2025.
Those requesting a refund will not have their manuscript published!
*The workshop may be canceled/changed due to uncertain or unforeseen circumstances. Events, activities, and timetable are subject to change depending on the number of participants and changes/delays with subcontractors/vendors.
- First fill out the registration form.
- After submitting the form, you will be shown the link to the payment process. Pay now your registration fee – according to the number of your submitted papers.
- Check your emails: a) You will receive a confirmation for your registration and b) an additional confirmation for your payment.
► If one or both confirmations are missing, please contact us.
► If you have both confirmations, your registration is complete.
If you have submitted a manuscript for the conference, please be sure to enter all your manuscript number(s) and attendee's name in the registration form.
Your registration fee depends on the number of papers you submit.
